Disappointed. Went in a few weeks ago, found a hat I liked. Didn’t purchase it at the time, but I just went back to buy it. Traveled all the way from San Antonio. I made sure to check their hours online and even called to verify the store was open until 7:00pm. Left after work and arrived at 5:45pm. Walked up to the store with the lights on, but the door locked. There were two young gentlemen who appeared to work there sitting at the counter on their phones talking. After knocking and grabbing their attention, I pointed at the hours posted on the door that they should still be open. They motioned that they were not open and then carried on their conversation. Disappointed. I was fully prepared to spend a few hundred dollars but they signaled that I was not worth their time. Go elsewhere for more accommodating service.

Very small, limited selection. Geared more towards tourists than those looking for a work or dress cowboy hat. That being said,the staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Great shop and very accommodating to my needs. They did not have the style hat that I was looking for in my size. Tyler asked me to find a hat I liked in my size and he could form it into whatever shape I liked. This hat started it's life as a traditional cowboy hat and after Tyler worked his magic I walked out with the flat brim felt hat I've been looking for. Super friendly staff and went above and beyond my expectations.

Nice hats - mainly Stetson western style. If that's what you're looking for, they have a good selection, although size may be a bit limited. Friendly, knowledgeable staff on hand to help you get the hat you want. My husband wanted a Fedora style hat instead of western, so they completely changed the crown and the brim of a western style hat to accommodate him!

The girl who helped me was great & patient with me picking out my custom hat. However, I wanted to add a date and they could not find the “2” stamp. I offered to come back later to see if they could find it. But they decided to manually draw it on. The 2 does not look even and they got a stain on the hat from the process. Overall, just disappointed with how sloppy it looks. Not sure if anything could be done, so I just paid for it and left.
