This theater has a long history gives it an amazing charm. If you think of big corporate theaters, this is the opposite. It feels both familiar and important at the same time. We just went the Healdsburg International Short Film Festival at the theater and had an amazing time!! The staff was welcoming and helpful and everything was really nice. Also, the film selection was rich and memorable!

It's the home of the incredible Healdsburg International Short Film Festival, where each Fall, filmmakers from all over the world show their cinematic creations to a live audience!

A local theater group offers a range of plays and musicals here. Their dedication is admirable and their humor is great fun. I just took family of all ages to see the Wizard of Oz, an impressive production.

Wonderful show, really enjoyed it, but nearly missed it due to the bizarre check-in requirement at the unmarked table that anyone would assume was for Will-Call tickets, like at every other theater I've ever attended. Stood in one line trying to get in, ticket in hand, until I got close enough to see there was a table blocking the doorway, so I went and stood in the other, longer line, and when I finally got in the door, was informed I had to go back to the other line and check in. Really poor communication, people. Just hang a sign over the table telling us we are required to check in first and then go to the other door. It's fine for people that already know the secret, but for heaven's sake, don't assume we can tell what is going on with the weird check-in requirements, blocked doorway, etc. I nearly had to leave, I was so frustrated. Wasted at least 15 minutes just trying to get in the doors with my $50 ticket in my hand.

Love going to the small town theater and catching the local talent. Are the performances always prefect? No.. but the young talent put it all out there on the line, and it comes across.. I just love that, and I always enjoy myself.

Went last night to see Los Lobos. We left after 3 songs, not because of Los Lobos but because of the horrible sound system. The Raven is too small for this type of music. You couldn't understand what the singer was singing and the music just bounced of the walls. We were not the only people to leave and to have to leave after paying $85 each was very disappointing. We will go again to see Los Lobos, but never again at The Raven.
Forced to give one star so I could post.

I booked a VIP ticket but wasn’t given a VIP seat, even though I arrived on time. The staff didn’t enforce VIP seat rules strictly and fairly, and people wearing regular seat wristbands were allowed sitting in the VIP rows. Those rows cost more than twice as much as regular seats, but some old white Karens decide they could cheat the system to sit there. Horrible service.
